Can accepted papers be posted online during the conference?

The following guidelines and best practices have been put together if you plan to post the accepted papers online for attendees to access during your event:

• Authorization from IEEE Sponsor(s) to post the content online
• Password protection of website/platform
• Distribution of password protection credentials to conference attendees only
• Usage of Copyright and Reprint Permission statement, provided in your Letter of Acquisition (LoA), on the website/platform
• Usage of Copyright footer, provided in your Letter of Acquisition (LoA), on each technical paper 
• If the online proceedings will be available after the conference, the content will need to be removed/made inaccessible 30 days after the conference as online proceedings content can only be available online for 30 days post-event
